I am slightly obsessed with anything to do with skin and skincare.
I am French.
I’m also known as The French Facialist.
I also hold an Australian passport, so that makes me an Aussie too, although I don’t sound like one!
I have two dogs: Marcel, a cavoodle; and Lily, a cavalier King Charles.
I also have a cat called Juliette (long haired and multi-coloured).
I love what I do – it doesn’t feel like work to me!
Discovering San Francisco is next on my bucket list.
I love Champagne.
I am a Taurean. Is it a bad thing?
I view life as a big field trip – a both challenging and wonderful experience.
For the life of me, I can’t pronounce ‘psoriasis’ correctly in English.
I love a good thriller – book or movie.
I’m an introvert.
I used to be a flight attendant.
I like the way my body feels after eating RAW food.
I wish I could sing well.
I love chilli: the hotter, the better!
I am a lousy cook, but people often assume that being French I have the skills of a Michelin star chef.
I wish there were no wars.
My ultimate relaxation: dinner out with Christophe (my life partner), a walk in the park with the dogs … or chilling out on the sofa in my pyjamas with my iPad.
When I was little I wanted to be a ‘majorette’ (the French equivalent of a baton-twirler).
I believe the secret to happiness is finding your life purpose and making it centre stage in your life.
With age, I have finally realised that perfectionism is not always your friend. As Jane Fonda says, “Good enough is good enough!”
My favourite quote is “Rien de grand ne se fait sans passion” by Roland Povinelli. It translates to nothing great happens without passion.
I believe in the power of intention and creative visualisation. To make things happen, one first has to be clear about what one really wants – to the point of ‘seeing and feeling it’ as if it had already happen.
